Surendra Vasudev Tatke
Founder
CMC was founded by Surendra Vasudev Tatke who is also well known as DD Tatke. The esteemed writer, Shri V.P. Kale, bestowed the name ‘DD’ in recognition of his unwavering Dedication and Devotion. It’s a long journey of 35 years and still going on.
In 1970, DD Tatke passed his degree of Civil Engineering from Karad polytechnic collage. Then he worked in Irrigation department of Maharashtra Government. But his basic interest in building construction did not make him work there so long.
After the 9 years of government job, he resigned and started working in Sahyadri construction in 1981.
He gained a good experience of construction while working in this company. During this time, he
completed the work for Hotel Saj and other three bungalows. In 1986, he completed his project and started own business of Consulting Civil Engineer and Building contractor. DD Tatke’s journey then began from the constructions of bungalows in Professor Colony, Wai.
Surendra Vasudev Tatke, who is famous with his nick name “DD Tatke”. He is serving with Construction Industry with his great experience of 38 years Since 1986. Legacy is continue with his Next Generation, enthusiastically with Modern Ideas; to Attend the requirements by customers with latest technology.

The quality of construction is in a such a way to keep control on pollution where we are using the material which is certified under Green Products to reduce the Global Warming under supervision of Renowned Consultants.
We are coming up with the new ideas for better serving our Consumer such as Electrical vehicle charging point, mechanical parking system, healthy garden, European plumbing system, in-built Internet service with Fiber cable etc.
We are associated with Consultants of all Master Minds in their the specific areas such as Architect, RCC, Concrete, Interior, Plumbing, Electrical, Internet, Mechanical Parking, Healthy Garden, Solar.
